Shepstone & Wylie's International Transport, Trade & Energy Division has been at the forefront of some of the most significant Supreme Court of Appeal decisions in the history of South African Customs & Excise.
This has gained Shepstone & Wylie the respect of South African Revenue Services, who appreciates the team's technical ability, as well as its unwavering integrity.
Our team has formidable international experience, enabling us to assist with Customs & Excise issues beyond the South African borders, and comprises of a National Manager with 17 years of International Customs experience and also a number of lawyers who, in their own right, are undisputed authorities on Customs & Excise matters.
Our team is able to service the industry throughout South Africa as well as internationally and boasts international experience in Kenya, Angola, Nigeria, Rwanda, Malawi, Egypt, Thailand, Bangladesh, Mozambique and Malaysia.
